GCAN-PLC-510 PLC Programmable Logic Controller
GCAN-PLC-510 is a programmable logic controller (PLC) with integrated bus control function. It not only has the characteristics of simple appearance and high cost performance, but also can be easily connected to CAN bus system and Modbus system, and can be expanded through plug-in modules.
GCAN-PLC-510 series products consist of a programmable master control module (GCAN-PLC-510), several GC series IO modules and a terminal resistance module (GC-0001). GCAN-PLC-510 and other master control modules can connect all GC series IO modules. Users can choose to expand IO modules according to actual on-site needs. When the power supply is sufficient, the number of IO modules can be expanded to 32 at most. When the number of expansion modules exceeds 16, an additional IO power supply expansion module GC 8012 is required to ensure sufficient power supply. The master control module can automatically assign addresses according to the front and rear positions of the inserted IO modules to achieve automatic configuration. Users do not need to create a configuration interface and set parameters on the PC.
GCAN-PLC-510 can be programmed using OpenPCS software or CodeSys V3.5SP16 and above. The software supports five standard programming languages specified in the IEC-61131-3 standard, which makes the program highly portable and reusable. The software also has a variety of debugging functions (breakpoints, single-step, etc.), making it more convenient to debug the program.

Application
GCAN-PLC controls the servo motor through CANopen,and then controls the bearings through the servo motor to achieve mechanical control.
Through the key adjustment,LED working mode,and the output result are transmitted to the screen through Modbus for users to watch.
The computer sends data to the PLC remotely through the network(TCP),and the PLC sends pulses to control the motor work.
